Jay is awesome! He installed a garbage disposal for us in an older home with a porcelain sink. We were concerned that it would be difficult, he assured us it would be no problem. Jay was easy to reach, he called us back within 15 minutes just like his voice mail said and we scheduled an appointment for the next day. He arrived on time and gave us an estimate. Jay pointed out that with it being a new install we would need an electrician to install the switch and outlet for the disposal. We didn’t have an electrician so Jay arranged for one to meet him at our house that day. Jay proceeded to get to work installing the disposal and re-plumbing under our sink. The job was done quickly and he even tidied up as he went along. The electrician arrived as Jay was finishing up, he installed and outlet and switch for our disposal. Jay was extremely helpful and professional. We will use Jay again.

Good Afternoon Jay, I just wanted to drop you a note to thank you again for fixing the issue I had with the toilet in my condo. When I was informed that the drain outlet for the stool was originally installed too close to the wall (10” instead of 12”) and a standard toilet would not fit. I was very worried, because we had out of town guests coming to visit in a few days. You were very professional in your approach to my problem and went out of your way to special order the “odd size” stool and rushed the replacement in. I don't think I could be any more grateful for Jay's services! Thanks to the water company I came home to a giant open hole in my front yard and my water was shut off due to a leak. Overall excellent! Called jay on Friday afternoon because we need our water heater replaced. J was able to give us a quote over the phone after I provided a few pictures, he put us on the schedule for first thing Monday morning. Jay showed up right on time and ready to get to work. Overall the job took just under two hours. This included upgrading some of the existing plumbing which had been installed sloppily before we moved in. I had to call Jay back later in the afternoon because I still did not have hot water and he came back within one hour. Jay was able to determine that a faulty breaker was causing the new water heater to not get power. Even though The problem was electrical he helped me figure out how to repair this and even called an electrician friend to see if you would be available to help. In the end I was able to replace the breaker myself thanks to Jay's advice.
